Colt Harvey Griffin entered this world on September 10, 2026, surrounded by the love of the family who had already cherished him long before they ever had the chance to hold him in their arms. Although his time on earth was far too short, Colt’s life was deeply meaningful, and the love he inspired will remain in the hearts of his family forever.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

There are no words that can truly express the heartbreak of losing a child before getting the opportunity to watch him grow. Colt was a precious son, a beloved little brother, a cherished grandson, and a beautiful part of a family that will carry his memory with them for the rest of their lives.

From the moment they learned of his existence, Colt was loved. His parents, Zachery and Jordann Rossignol Griffin, dreamed of the life they would share with their precious son. They imagined the sound of his laughter, the feel of his little hand in theirs, the milestones he would reach, and all the memories they would make together. Though those dreams were taken from them far too soon, the love they have for Colt will never end.

Colt was also deeply loved by his big sisters, Brooklynn Griffin and Hazel Griffin. He will forever hold a special place in their hearts as their baby brother. Though they will not get to make the memories with him that every sibling hopes for, Colt will always be a part of their family and their story. His sisters will grow up knowing that they had a little brother who was loved beyond measure.

Colt leaves behind grandparents on both his paternal and maternal sides who loved him dearly and who will forever carry the memory of their precious grandson. His family had already begun making a place for him in their hearts and in their lives, and his absence will be felt in countless ways.

Sometimes a life does not need to be long to leave an everlasting impression. Colt's life may have been measured in moments, but the love surrounding those moments will last a lifetime. He reminded everyone who loved him just how precious life is and how deeply a tiny heart can touch so many others.

Though his family wishes desperately for more time, they will hold tightly to the beautiful truth that Colt was here, Colt was loved, and Colt will never be forgotten. His name will be spoken, his memory will be treasured, and his place in the Griffin family will forever remain.
