Billy Dean Burch

Billy Dean Burch of Millstone, West Virginia, passed away at his daughter’s residence in New Brockton on Wednesday, July 24, 2024.  He was 91 years old.

Memorialization will be by cremation with burial held at later date in West Virginia.

Mr. Burch was the oldest son born March 9, 1933, in Calhoun County, West Virginia, to the late William Edward “Bud” and Maggie Burch.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Rob, Don, Jerry, and Richard, as well as his wife of sixty years, Rebecca Jane “Beck” Burch.

Mr. Burch was a cattle farmer for many years, and he took great pride caring for his herd.  At auction, anyone who purchased from him knew they were getting a high quality cow.  He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and he will be greatly missed by his loved ones.

Survivors include his daughter, Cathy Nolin (Keith) of New Brockton, Alabama; son, Cleo Burch (Shelia) of West Virginia; sister, Carol  Baker (Raymond); as well as 4 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
