Betty Jo Mathis

Betty Jo Mathis, of Enterprise, Alabama, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023. She was 91.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

Betty was born November 2, 1931 in Jenks, Oklahoma to the late Whiley Haskel and Loriane Clem Coonfield. She retired after working in retail sales for 45 years. In addition to her parents, her husband, Ellroy M. Mathis; daughters, Susie Mathis, Linda Blair; sister, Dorothy Kincaid; great-grandson, Andrew Terry “Drew” Weed all preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children: Robert D. Mathis (Jean), LaDonna Trostle, Pam Markham; one brother, Bob Coonfield; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
