Betty Louise Dalrymple

Betty Fallin Dalrymple, age 71, of Enterprise, Alabama, went to be with the Lord on October 28, 2025.

Betty was born on August 11, 1954, in Enterprise, Alabama, to Edward and Fannie Lou Fallin. She grew up in Enterprise, graduating from Enterprise High School in 1972. She married her high school sweetheart, the love of her life, Paul Dalrymple, and together they built a family that became the very heart of her life. Betty was known by all as the one who could always be counted on — the Granny everyone called, the caregiver who never said no, and the glue that held her family together with love and laughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three siblings; and her son, Paul Dalrymple, Jr.

Betty is survived by her children: Michael Dalrymple (Stacie), April Armstrong, Kelly Dalrymple (Holly), and Hailey Johnson (Christian); 12 grandchildren: Bryar Dalrymple, Emalee Robertson (Matt), Natalie Ireland, Katey Dalrymple-LaVoie (Robert Jr.), Taylor Armstrong, Colson Dalrymple, Conner Dalrymple, Ella Dalrymple, Eli McCrea, John Wyatt McCrea, Autumn Pearl Dalrymple, and Eli Johnson; and nine great-grandchildren: Abbie Dalrymple, Allison Dalrymple, Gabriel Dalrymple, Thomas Dalrymple, Luke Dalrymple, Dakota Dalrymple, Elenora Dalrymple, Roman Robertson,and Hattie LaVoie.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Goodman Baptist Church with Pastor Bruce Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Goodman Baptist Church, 6561 County Road 625, Enterprise, Alabama.
