Betty Jean (Canipe) Kukucka

Betty Jean Canipe Kukucka of Enterprise passed away Friday, January 1, 2021. She was 73.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 110 Shellfield Road, Enterprise, AL.  Burial will follow at Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continue until time of service.

Betty was born January 23, 1947 to the late William Henderson and Thelma Canipe, Jr.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Edmund Kukucka, Sr.; and brother, Billy Guy Canipe.  She was a loyal and loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend.  She warmed the hearts of everyone around her.  She had a passion for life, loved a good adventure, had a great sense of humor and enjoyed the simple things in life.

Survivors include her son, Richard Kukucka, Jr. (Tammy); her daughter, Beverly Kukucka, grandchildren, Richard Kukucka, III (Ashley), Emily Kukucka, Allison Kukucka, Anthony Zummo, Nicholas Zummo, and Jordan Nobles (Robert).  All of whom she loved and adored.
