Annie L. Croley

Annie L. Croley, of Enterprise, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at home. She was 88. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2018 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continuing until time of service. Annie was born May 14, 1930, in Coffee County to the late Charlie and Gertrude Ennis. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and The Red Hatter Society. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and enjoyed volunteering in her community. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Croley; son, Jerry R. Compton; three sisters and two brothers. Survivors include her daughter, Dianne Elkin (David) of Enterprise; her son, Garry St. Jean (Marla Brewer) of Andalusia; sister, Dorothy Adkinson of Enterprise; five grandchildren: Jerrie Ann, Destiny, Kristy, Tim and John; seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or The Shriners Hospital for Children.
