Annette S. Williams

On Tuesday, December 24th, 2024, Annette S. Williams, aged 90, of New Brockton, peacefully transitioned to her heavenly home. A devoted woman of faith, Annette exemplified the love of the Lord and was a guiding light for her family, inspiring her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren with her unwavering faith and kindness.

Born on June 28th, 1934, to the late Louico and Hazel Stevens, Annette was the beloved wife of the late Robert E. Williams.

Her life was marked by a deep love for her Savior, Jesus Christ, and a passion for God's Word. Annette's humility and gentleness belied her strength as a powerful prayer warrior; her faithful prayers have left an indelible mark on her family, friends, and the broader community. Annette is survived by her sister, Judy Hammock (Dennis); her four children: Doug Williams (Diane), Michelle Medley (Terry), Matt Williams (Regina), and Kimberly Starling (Corey); along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will carry forward her legacy of faith and love.

The family invites friends to celebrate Annette's life on Friday, December 27th, 2024, at El Bethel Assembly of God with Reverend Stephen L Comer officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory Directing. Visitation will be held from 1PM until service time, service will be in the sanctuary at 2PM. A graveside service will follow at Old Tabernacle Cemetery.
