Alice Swartz

Mrs. Alice Adair Swartz, of Elba, Alabama passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025. She was 92.

 Memorialization will be by cremation with no services scheduled at this time.

 Alice was born February 28, 1933 in Coffee County, Alabama to the late Jamie and Jessie Hines Nolin. In addition to her parents; her husband, John Swartz, Sr., one son, John Swartz and several siblings preceded her in death. When Alice was born in 1933 she only weighed two pounds. She was a devout Christian and an avid gardener who also had a love for baking. She spent the majority of her life in California then would move to Helen, Georgia before finally moving to Elba, Alabama to be able to spend more time with her family. 

Survivors include her sister, Ruby Jean Calhoun; nephew, Ronnie Calhoun; niece; Debra Calhoun; as well as other nieces, nephews, and extended family.
