Albert "Aj" Dewayne Riley, Jr.

Albert “AJ” DeWayne Riley, Jr. of Elba passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2020. He was 17.

A memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 2:00 p.m. and continue until time of service.

AJ was born April 9, 2003 in Enterprise, AL. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert DeWayne Riley, Sr. He loved video games and music.  His dream was to become a surgeon because he wanted to save lives.

He is survived by his mom, Stephanie Riley (Jeremy Grubba) of Enterprise, AL; sisters, Nina Riley and Sommer Riley both of Elba, AL; paternal grandparents, Anthony and Fran Sullivan Riley of Elba, AL; maternal grandfather, Steve Jones of Goodman, AL; maternal grandmother, Dianne Grantham of Enterprise, AL; aunts, Charly Thomas (Ashlee) of Elba, AL, Elizabeth Crawley (Ryan) of Troy, AL and Melissa Maier (Hubie) of Cowarts, AL; uncle, Stevie Jones (Jennifer) of Goodman, AL; great-uncles, Kenneth Jones and Donnie Costelloe; and many cousins.

Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105 in AJ’s memory.
