Stevie Taylor

Mr. Stevie Taylor of New Brockton, Alabama, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024, at the age of 70.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home of Enterprise with Reverend Randall Pearson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continuing until service time.

Stevie was born September 26, 1954 to the late Arcus and Edna Lolley Taylor. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Coley Taylor and Lubert Taylor, and nephews, Ricky Taylor and Russell Taylor.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn Taylor; children, Rodney Taylor (Candace) of Enterprise, Brandie Taylor of San Diego, and Jenni Baker of Enterprise; grandchildren, Serena Taylor, Mercedes Burks (Austin), and Stetson Baker; nieces, Tammy Purdy, Kim Wilkerson, and Sheila Taylor; sisters-in-law, Mary Pearson (Randall) of New Brockton, and Jan Strickland (Gene) of Florala; and Lisa Taylor.
