Gary Oliver Adams

Gary Oliver Adams, age 71, of Daleville, Alabama, passed away peacefully at his home on March 15, 2025. Born in Michigan to the late Oliver and Kathleen Adams, Gary was a loving husband and brother, devoted father, and cherished grandfather, leaving behind a legacy of joy and laughter.

A proud veteran, Gary served his country with honor and dedication. He had a passion for motorcycles and enjoyed spending time fishing, often relishing the beauty of nature. His fun-loving spirit and adventurous heart created countless cherished memories with family and friends.

Gary is survived by his beloved wife, Debra; his children, Jason Adams (Cara), Jessica Adams, Howard Hardy (Heather), and Amber Lee Watkins (Marcus); and his grandchildren, Allissa, Tyler, Ethan, Noah, Kaylee, Cali, Denver, Memphis, and Boston. He also welcomed the latest addition to the family, his great-granddaughter, Gloria. He also leaves behind six siblings Sharon Jensen (Bruce), David Adams (Sherri), Karen Sue Rachwal (John), Alicia Wagenschutz (Ruddy), Jeff McMahan (Kris) and Jenni Tucker (Kevin).

In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by three brothers: Kenneth, Paul, and Oliver. Though he will be deeply missed, his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Graveside services will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery on the 4th of April at 2:30PM, where family and friends are invited to celebrate Gary's life and honor his memory.
